    Here or in the US?

Over here, try Just Cars or Just Parts magazine.

Here is one I just saw in a salvage yard in Springfield, MA

I don't know what condition it is in but from this angle it looks like it is mostly there

From the C pillar , that looks more like a sedan rather than a sedanette.
    I'd call to verify...

It is and more than a bit rough when AusBuick was asking for suggestions on finding a "Good" sedanette. Which to me means a presentable running and driving one that is complete.

AusBuick, they show up at shows and swap meets once in a while. One thing you might do if you haven't already is join one of the Buick online forums that caters to that model of Buick more than the the Grand Nationals or later stuff. You might want to stay mum on wanting to customize one though.

Search engines work too. http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&...&aqi=g2g-v4g-b1&aql=t&oq=1950+buick+sedanette A lot of those adds are pretty old though.

old car trader is another source. those are not easy cars to find. there was a really nice body for sale at the Portland Swapmeet. it was missing susp but the body was nice.. great patina. would have loved to bring it home and put a different ch***is under it.

I am not talking about the black one closest to me, but the green one which is a 50 based on the fact that the ports are on the hood.

i found one that is not to far from me, but the add is about a month old. i sent the guy an email to see if it was still for sale. its a restoration, so you wouldnt have a problem with customs. i tried linking it but it wouldnt work. its on Craigslist in Orange County and i just typed in 1950 buick...

I wanted a Cadillac Sedanette for a long time. I waited for the right one to find me but that never happened. For about two years(pre internet for me) I looked seriously. I joined the Cadillac Club, watched their newsletter cl***ifieds and asked around at meetings. I checked auto trader type publications. I made a number of trips to check out possibilities listed in Hemmings and other old car publications. The car I bought I found out about from a customer. One of his co-workers had it and needed the garage space for something else. It was only a few miles from my house, it was exactly what I wanted, and the price was fair. If there is any point to the above, it is, you don't know where your car might be, so ask around and look in as many places as you can.

  28. There's a guy living up here in Campbelltown, NSW. He has two 50's Buick sedanettes, a fastback and a 49 sedanette. I was gonna buy a '50 off him, but, how can I be diplomatic about this...the deal soured... I ended up chasin' one on ebay and bought a '50 custom, but now Dotars has put me in the too hard basket and the guy who is selling it has decided to relist it. I hope you had better luck than me.
