Hey guys, my name is Dan Jenkins. I'm a freelance photographer out of York Pennsylvania. I shoot a lot of automotive stuff... mostly drifting events.

This was my first exposure to any type of hot rod/rat rod show, and it was freakin' awesome!!! I've always had an interest in rat rods. I did a photo shoot of a rat rod for a fellow photographer out of Gettysburg PA... after that photo shoot and going to the Jalopy Showdown, I'm getting hooked!! I love these old rusty cars!!

Anyway, here's some of my favorites that I shot on Saturday. Excuse the ****py resolution, I took them off my Facebook page!

    Enjoy!!

    -Dan J.

Great shots. Your new so so just watch out for the "r" word around here. That is not what this community is all about. hot rod and rat rod are not interchangeable terms.

You can edit your post and take out the words rat rods.

Nice composition Dan, you could check out some of Slim Pickens' show coverage posts to get a feel for what were "about" 'round here.
