...watched a movie last night called, "Angels From Hell", a typical 1968 biker vs cops, exploitation flick...opening credits give Von Dutch props for "***les & Stuff"...the credits have strange illustrations done by Von Dutch, and the inside of the "MADCAPS" club house is covered with Von Dutch art work : the walls, the windows, etc...there's even artwork on the tanks of some of the bikes, which was more than likely done by Ken also... Probably stuff that's never been seen by most...worth checking out if you're a fan...
You're welcome...here's some of the opening credits illustrations, (sorry for the ****py pics, tried takin' 'em off the TV screen),...
I've been working through the biker movies on Netflix this month......angels from He'll just moved up my queue.....thanks for the heads up MR G***er....
Hey Mr. G***er, Wow! Thanks so much for posting about this. I can't believe I missed finding this while we were curating the first ever Art Show of Dutch's work and then spent an intense 4 year Von Dutch search to do the book, "Von Dutch An American original." Dutch was way more prolific than most people are aware of. He did a lot of movie work, but mainly special effects dealing with guns. I found it on YouTube: Angels From Hell (1968) www.youtube.com/watch?v=S16eVuV6sx0 -Aaron
