I want to run this style wheel and need it in a Ford 5x5.5 bolt pattern. The thing is I need it to be off set in to where the wheel lip is not as wide on the visual side. I am not really knowledgable on this **** so please bare with me if my terminaology is not correct. The thing is I have a pair of wheel that have been drille for 2 bolt patterns and I would think these would be a start at removing the center and moving it out so that I can run them on my car. The rims that I am talking about are the Astro Slots in this picture and that is the car I want to run them on as well. Thanks

Marsh Racing Wheels helped me out. Call them and see if they can help you too. Very good work and good turnaround. Good luck! http://www.mrt-wheels.com/

I am not sure if Chevy ever used that pattern but I know for certian that it is Ford because that is what I have on mine.

Old Chevys were 6 lug. Most later Chevys were 5x4.75 or 5x5.

The newer big Chevy pattern is 5".
5 1/2" is old Ford, and Ford trucks.

Should be a simple cut/welding job to move those centers into new hoops.

  10. Backspacing, the distance from the wheel lip to the hub face.
You want to increase the backspace to bring the wheel over the drum more.
Positive offset is another term for the same measurement.
