   Need to cross a 8.5-20 tire to a modern radial size. this is for a 53 Ford COE. Thanks

   Same size with a "R" in the size as 8.50 R X 20. Only availabe as tube type, probably be easier to fine bias. To go to tubeless you will need 9.00RX22.5 and change the wheels also.
