PM the organ grinder on the hamb here. He spent a couple years trying to get his car through tech and finally made it. He's the one that pops the m***ive wheelies with his 4 speed BBC Model A. Bad *** stuff.

I raced during the GG event there in Oct. Alittle different then the HRR I know. I would be very interested in finding out the answer as I had a great time on the track and would love to compete at the HRR just for fun.

Tech is TOUGH.....Cross your "T's" and dot your "I's" NHRA website has racer info. There is a telephone number listed for questions. The cl***es are directed to real racer cl***es.....the lowest rated being Hot Rod as a bracket cl***. Unlike Goodguys now defunct race programs, there is no track time for show n shine or street rods.

I am pretty sure that your fastest qualifying time is your dial in.....you are right, you can't change it either.

They've already sent registration packets out. I have mine. You should be able to download it of the NHRA site though. Hot Rod Eliminator is dial in based on your fastest time run, cannot be changed. Gotta be quicker than 12.99. You'll get maybe 3 qualifying shots. The other cl***es are all on indexes in .5 increments until you get to the heads up cl***es. You gotta be deep into the 7's for those.

Yeah, I just checked the site and saw they don't have the racer registration form on there yet. They did have a downloadable copy last year. Maybe they wait until last years racers have a chance to enter first before they put it up.
