Anybody know anything about an accident that happened this morning, Im ***uming the car was headed to Santa Maria. My cousin just called me and told me he saw a pretty smashed up traditional styled hot rod sandwiched on his commute in from Ventura, and he said the occupant(s) were laying on the highway covered with a yellow tarp...It was at about the 101 and 23. He sounded pretty upset, so it had to be bad...
