Hi I'm a retired guy getting back into cars after a 15 year hiatus. Just bought this '41 Ford tudor, it's a rust free car from California, it's been in Canada for about 14 years. No motor, transmission or interior so lots of possibilities. My first instinct was to go with a 350/4 speed but that seems so ordinary. I've used the 305-350 before in other cars, wonder if I'd be satisified with a V6/5speed? I want to leave the front end stock with the straight axle.

Welcome from Wisconsin, this is the second 41 I have seen tonight! Awesome, that's what I'm building too mine is a coupe. I put a dropped straight axle kit in from ch***is engineering, it is a nice set up. I'm putting a 401 Nailhead in mine.
