Nads, Maikiki hit the stance perfect. I guess you need to add lifts or sell the house and find one with a better driveway. When I pull the wagon out of my drive way, I have to drop it slowly off the sidewalk drop or it will tap the bumper on the edge of the driveway (that is going out on an angle).
Nads lets get the cut off wheel out and some blocks and fix it......I was thinking the tires looked like **** until the photo drop!! next step drop. See ya noon
All those hours spent sanding really paid off. That is going to be scoped in the mags. Nicely done. Jim
thats a good lookin sled... why yoiu worried about the driveway? let it drag wont hurt anything.. you should see me try to exit the dunkin donuts here in the merc lots of horrified onlookers wonderin what that aweful noise is .haha.. fred and i just rebiult the middle steering arm in his 53 what an *** ache!! if you do yours call me 1st! anyway that car will be the bomb once its a little lower good work
and on behalf of nads , i submit theses new paints are a pain in the nads!@!, expensive and you need to be a chemist
Heavily modified 56 buick trim.... I love the look, could you give a little more info on the modifications???? need something for my 54 trim wise
When's it Mile's turn to drive it? Lookin' good Nads; really like the side trim and grille surround treatment; fact is I like it all!
The thing looks ***s. You have to be thrilled. As weird as it sounds, you have to look for the flames.
Now that I look again ,the flames are actually pretty tasty. They just do not interrupt the flow of this car the way I would think they would if you described them. I wouldnt add any more or uniformity.
Well, there ya go Nads. 00MACK has spoken and it doesn't get any better than that. Congrats on a great build. Joel
did you move to the high rent district? that car may make your property taxes go up! fine job Nads, is it just me or does Miles look just like a miniature Nads? Paul
Yeah Paul, he really does. My pal Del calls him Mini Me. The rear bumper cost me $550 to get rechromed so I don't want to s****e it all up. But yeah I think the single best improvement on this car would be to slam it down. Thanks for all your input it means a lot to me.
Just ****in Beautiful Nads You the Man!!!! You and Miles will travel a million miles in that sled ( aint that a song?) FEDER
WOW that thing looks great!!especially photoshopped in this pic. thats insperation to lower it,just put a ramp on the driveway
Nads, let me tell you, been following the progress of your Cebby here on the HAMB, and I must say you nailed it buddy, Great Job!
ha-ha, i just got to see it, live and in color, pictures only hint at its magnificence! i'm not just saying that because nads, mike, sean, bob, nate 'chopper' and the rest of the orlando crew were great folks, i'm saying that 'cause anna's hot and miles threatened me with greivous bodily ham if i ever 'crossed' him. sofia (sophie? gosh, i'm sorry for not remembering correctly) was way too pleasant to be nads' offspring, i'm suspecting a hospital mixup...is it 2006 yet?
When its droppeed those wheels should look great as I see it. Maikikis photochop pretty much shows that. Regarding skirts I think it will look good either way after its dropped. I kinda like it without any, though. On the paint, I think those flames disturbs, but I understand why they are there. Maybe you can redo it with some kind of heavy paneljob covering the mishap when you have driven it for a while. Purple is good, though. Once again that chop is spot on. I like straight b-pillars.
**** Nads you really nailed it with that, in my humble opinion it does need lowering more nad some skirts, way cool though.
Looking real sweet Nads. What rear window have you got in there I think that would look good in mine?
Here's the story on the skirts, I custom extended my original skirts and boy did they look good. Anyway when the car was in primer (same color as my driveway) I laid my skirts on the driveway to do some brake work and my wife drove over one of them, pretty much mangling it forever. I've thought about it, but I really don't want skirts anymore. The car really does look better in person. BTW, it was a genuine pleasure to meet MonsterFlake, aka Steve, what a gentleman he is and he's got some of the funniest **** I done ever seen on his laptop. That penguin backslap has got to be the best nature video clip of all time. Steve, thank you for thinking my wife's hot, I guess she is, and yeah Sophia's too sweet to be my offspring. Next time you're down we'll go do some other stuff than hang around in my car port. And your cars rule too, you've got a style about the way you build 'em. Sailor, how's your Chevy coming?
Sorry, Taildraggin' '47 Plymouth 4 door sedan back window. And Sailor, the flames are really not that cool, I'm at my wits end though, I gotta stop for now. When I get reenergized I'll fix that ****. And my influences are pretty obvious, Watson's G****vine, Lee Pratt's purple Buick, Rudy's Green Flame and McPhail's Chevy.
Nice! youv been bizzy. choppers, chopped chev................Ruler. still mad you didnt see me in daytona when I was there. xoxox cf
I didn't know where you were cole, I woulda gone, were you at the speedway? Honest to God, I hate going to Daytona during Bike Week more than anything, the traffic, the lame-o's, everything. I pretty much stick around the less populated areas. Biketoberfest is more tolerable. PS, my car isn't even worthy of licking the tailpipe of anything you've ever built.
ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm I can ear the lips smacking now!!! hahahaah I gave Nads a hard time saturday of being a do no wrong HAMBer!! We are gonna post a picture of a pair of doodoo stained under dunks of his and watch how you guys fall apart tyring to tell him how nice it is ahahhhh I love my NADS!!
Looks good Nads, hard to beleive it is the same car I saw a couple of months ago.... I dig that Miles has his shoes on the wrong feet. Like father like son!
