I took my ford 200 to one machine shop already and was not happy with their work one bit so I need a recommendation for someone else that is reputable and will just do a good job. I mean, when they say they will align bore the mains, they do it, stuff like that. The place I dealt with was supposed to be the **** but they ****ed my motor up. I took it apart after it was making weird noises to find the bearings on upside down with the slotted halves on the caps. The guy I got the block from got ****ed by a machine shop in New Braunfels when they sleeved one of the cylinders only half way down, you could clearly see a lip from the sleeve to the cylinder that was about the thickness of a sheet of paper. **** like that. Anyway, anyone out there with a reputable machinist that knows how to work on sixes, please let me know.
