Yep! They were advertised as late 50's issues of Hot Rod and when I got there she said "oh there's actually a few issues of some other magazine in there too..." like I'd be mad about it or something!

 

OH ****!!! I am obsessed with old magazines and I pick up a few a month to fill in gaps but damn, I normally will only get 3 for $20!!!!!! Nice score dude....I hate you.

 

Did you lay those mags on the bed for a reason other then you rolling around naked with them?

i got a stash from 56' to 64 at an estate sale, paid a couple bucks each, but i had to stand in line with a bunch of sale "regulars" worth the wait, though

 

Yeah, he was there too, nice folks. Garage was open and... empty.

 

Actually, there's 40! Must have a few covered up there...

A guy at work gave me a box of Super Stock and Drag Illustrated all from 64 -74 and a few Hot Rods thrown in. I've been having good reading for the past 2 weeks now..lol
