Thanks to all who came and all who helped out. Had a great time, here are a few pics.....it ain't rocket science.
And finally....TaDa! Still need to finish up a little more of the top and do both of the doors, but the hard part is done.
Damn Keith!! Looks GREAT!! Wish I could have made it up . It was such a nice day too . Perfect chopping weather. Josh
reminds me of a boat to boat sewage pump out service in redwood city ca named "m t head" ..........btw nice chop and patriotic grill!!
It was fun. Learned a lot. Also noticed that Keith is nearly as tall as me when standing on a milk crate Tasty food, good learning, good people.
It is chopped an honest 3 1/2 in front and 3 3/4 rear. Should have the gl*** in on Monday................OLDBEET
Lookin good fellas, I'll try to get your spring perches to ya at the parlor this week. thanks for the dinner and entertainment. It's gunna be a fun trip to paso. FED
...nice job on the chop; are you gonna run one-piece gl*** in your doors? I'm thinkin' bout doin' that on my 48 F-1; but I wanna do the conversion myself 'stead of buyin' an expensive kit. If you go with one-piece door gl***; maybe you can show how you did it; ....or.... has anyone else done this on a 48-52 Ford pickup? ....good luck on yer F-1.
Thanks for all the kind words fellas. Old Beets F-1 has 1 piece side windows, but I am going to put the wings back in mine, I like wing windows.
Looks great, Keith ! ...and thanks for the beer ! Nice to meet more of the HAMB family, we will see you guys again. Cheers !
