52Chevy A piller numbers

    I need some help to identify what type of 52 Chevy I have. The numbers on the A piller are KKB 2171, any info would be helpfull, thanks.

    Thats the VIN and should give you the plant and number produced but the body tag on the firewall will give you more info Im thinking. Ive never look up any of them on my 54. Google Chevy VINs and the year and there should be a bunch of info there. I found alot on my 51 truck, motors, trans and rearends. Good luck

    post a picture, you only get a couple different choices. ***uming you don't have a convertible sedan delivery or wagon.

    Styline - Fleetline or Bel-Air...

    Fleetlines are all deluxe for 52.

    Stylines are Specials or Deluxe

    then there is sport coupe, business coupe(no back seat), 2 door sedan and 4 dor sedan

    KK is Deluxe. B is February production. The number is the serial number (that month's 2171st car, I think).

    There should be a number or two in front of the KK that will tell you where it was made.

    The Style tag on the firewall will have info about color, body style, etc
