We have spotted a set of plans for a Front wheel Driver midget in this mag, dated June 1937. The front drive ***embly was built from a Ford Model A differential. It looks like a good project, BUT!!!! part 2 in July 1937 edition is missing. The car was designed by Don Arlen. Can anybody help with more data

I just bought two old magazines on eBay this morning. They both have "how-to" articles on building midgets. Let's see if this link works. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=6956632666&ssPageName=STRK:MEWN:IT
Make an inquiry on this discussion group dedicated to open-wheel oval track racing history prior to 1970. It is open to anyone but you must join to have access to the files. Several fine "down unda" members too!! http://groups.yahoo.com/group/racinghistory
I think I have a tail section for one of them http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/e...d=1,1&item=4546078364&sspagename=STRK:MESE:IT I didn't know what it was for and got tired of stumbling over it. I have shipping in the US only but for a HAMBer I would sure try to get it anywhere ( your $)
