1940 Ford door hinge pins? Repro or anyone know the diameter?

I have the door hinge mirros on a coupe and one hinge is sagging, my searches only turn up complete new hinges. Can I buy hinge pins or does anyone know the diameter of a stock hinge pin? I haven't seen mention of any bushings so I'm ***uming the pin is the sacrificial part?

Back in the "old days" we reamed them out to get a nice round hole then used VW hinge pins.
That's probably not the right way any longer.
