1950 Chev Hood same as 1951?

    49 to 52 should be the same.
     
  5. I would think 49-52 hoods, would be the same. Someone will tell me if I'm wrong, I'm sure. Besides molding holes and the difference in grilles, the fenders should be the same. We'll see..
     
  6. 50 fenders are diffrent from 51's. The grilles are diffrent, they may be able to work but not without some metalwork.

    ^ That's correct. The 49's & 50's shared the same grille contours as did the 51's with the 52's. You couldn't use a 50 grille on a 51 for those reasons.
