Yes, the (slightly!) slanted posts stop the rear window from becoming too small. Some people seem to do it as a default option, but it isn´t always right.

Glad you dig it my friend, that means a lot to me.Rock on,bro!

  13. A T-5 for the trans is the only way to go. We're doing a '41 Plymouth sedan over here with that trans and a rear end from a late 80's 5th Ave. Should cruise at 70 mph all day long.

BobPer,looks like 2 1/2" is the way to go from the windshield,a hair more from the back. Thanks for the input.

Kippis to you too!If sitting in garage behind the wheel making motor sounds is also considered cruisin`that would sum up 12 full months!!:D

Be a bit cautious with the chop, as it really isn´t much at the front.

Here is a semi transparent version so you can compare directly.

Nice Coupe. Voted best use of "vice grips" on the HAMB.

So here it is now,all four corners and the quarter window frames welded.A-pillars are chopped 3 inches,B-posts..well..not sure, maybe 2.5".I chopped the rear window 1.5 inches too.I think it matches the side windows nicely.
