That web site just lists cruise nights, if you are interested in all day car shows and you have wheels to travel let me know and I will send you a couple that are within driving distance of Toronto. :) Larry

I'll second that one. Was there on Friday and I don't think I'll ever go again.
I saw someone selling pickeled eggs for christ sake!!

  11. Wish another club in NORTHERN Ontario would start one up. The shows and swap meets in southern Ontario are too far for me to haul stuff to.......

Hi All, as i live in PEI,about 1000 miles east of Toronto,i used to make the trip to barrie twice a year,i can vouch for it going to pot, havent been there for 2 years, last time i went i walked around for 2 days, only bought a sausage and a beer, man i was pissed, even my wife who likes antiques and old junk, she found it hard to find anything either, highlight of that trip was to go to the Fleetwood Country Cruise,it is the same weekend in London Ontario, about a 3 hour drive from barrie, but well worth it.same thing has happened to the flea market in Sus***,NB it has turned into a big garage sale too,one new swap meet is in Dieppe NB,car stuff only,it is in late september,it is called exit 427?,was there last year and was impressed, lots of neat stuff, everybody here is not happy with how Sus*** has turned out.Harveyb

July 1-3 Canadian Nitro Nationals at Toronto Motorsports Park
Top fuelers , funny cars, jet cars and lots of other stuff .
Track is actually in Cayuga Ontario.
    Onsite camping available.
July 1 is Canada Day - long weekend

  16. You're going to miss this by 1 day from the looks of it...

More about bands than cars, but put on by some friends of mine and always a good time. Same day as our town's downtown car show, which does get a good turn-out. Lot's of street rods and non-HAMB-friendly stuff.
