hello 2 all .as you cant tell am new here ...i will have a lot of questions on hope i can answer questions that others have.i have a 55 f-100 [girlfriends] an a 56 f-100.they are not or will never be show trucks just 56 an 57 year old trucks that will be driven ever day,hope to have them both back on the road by labor day.bought a complete frount clip at f-100 super nats puting new clip on my 56 an moving my clip over to her 55. new cab mounts on both trucks new wiring harness on the 55. the 56 is original minus few up grades toyota power steering frount dis brakes. an hers runing a 351m with c/6.. stoping here, glad to be here..later ..

I showed your post to Henrietta the '38 Ford pickup and she got really excited when she read "not show trucks and never will be," because she's just an old work truck that was rode hard and put up wet. At 73, she still works for a living, being driven frequently and hauling the trash off every Saturday. Henrietta, along with Ozelle the '55 Ford more door, sends friendly horn honks to you, your girlfriend, and those two F100's. We think old trucks that still get driven and still haul stuff are cool. A girlfriend who likes old trucks is one you want to keep.
an we thank you for yur kind comments sir,i have had the 55 for 25yrs.a few years back i decided 2 get it painted [2nd time] i took it all apart for the guy that was 2 paint it . long story short he skiped town with my parts leaveing me with just a cab an frame.an have yet 2 find my parts or him .. n e way few weeks back we were at the f-100 super nats an i bought a complete kit still n the box s for the 56 she got the fever so now gonna take frount clip off mine put it on the 55 gotta parts truck down at barn bed is ok just needs lotta sanding.so now i do have 2 complete trucks again. soon as i put a wiring harness on hers will do the clip swap. hope 2 have them both on the road by labor day.well n e way she taken pics an will post from time 2 time on the progress of them again thanks for the reply .... twincerely ron.an.dawn ..
