Hey guys and gals! Just signed on to this awesome site. I just pulled my old 53 ford mainline down from hibernation in hopes of getting it ready for the rumblers show on July 2nd. I still have a ton of work to do. I have the full NOS quarters mocked in place so far so thats a start. I still have to finish up the roof that i chopped 5 years ago. Also i have to swap out the frame still. I chopped the roof 5.5 inches and did all the work myself and had a dilema about the back window. My brother happened to have a 56 victoria parts car sitting around so i went to work and cut the roof skin and rear window out of it. I think that the roof lines and rear window look very nice and flowing. Thats it for now ill try and keep you updated! Feel free to look at my photo album to see the car. Thanks HAMB for a wonderful site!
Welcome from the West Coast of Florida. I lived in Connecticut 20 years ago but left for the sunshine and warm weather. It would be cool if you could post some pictures as the project goes on. Best of luck. The car looks good. Jimbo
