This is a big guess but it is a 2 year old video so I have to believe that the car is done.

So anyone who knows, it is done or it isn't done. its Mr James car or a customer car? It is or isn't supposed to have a cage?

The main reason I am asking about the cage is from the pic it looks like it should be center steer and other pics look like it is not center steer.
