This weekend, Friday through Sunday. I live about 60 miles away and plan to drive Henrietta the '38 Ford pickup over for the day on Saturday and take 12 year old grandson along. Who all is going?
If I don't have to work Saturday I will be there, I grew up in Gadsden and love going back for first Friday or the show at the falls.
Gadsden is my hometown also. I will be there looking for stuff I don't really need but end up buying anyway.At least there is shade at this venue.
I think I might head out that way. It's about an hour and a half from my house, but my oldest is just getting old enough to start checking these things out with me (without me having to tell him over and over not to touch). Take some pictures, eat a hot dog, indoctrinate a youngster. Productive Saturday!
Some friends from Marietta, Ga are heading over Saturday morning. I was going to go along but a Early V8 Picnic took priority.
