Th multi make car show I enjoy the most every year is the Fathers Day antique car show at Sully Plantation in Chantilly, Virginia (right by Dulles Airport and the Smithsonian's Udvar Hazy Air and Space Museum). Its put on by the Model A club, so there are lots of Model As in attendence, but its open to all cars up to 1977. It was raining in the morning, so several of my Mopar buddies didn't show up, and it was obvious that attendence was way down from last year. But, there were still some amazing cars, and I managed to take a few hundred photos. If you like multi make car shows and/ or pre war cars, its worth a look. There are two albums to look at. http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.197033283677063.47433.100001111775214&l=ef39b9e931 http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.197020373678354.47431.100001111775214&l=1b77f503bb
yeah it was a good show - third year I've taken my son to it. This year was the best by far as he's really starting to get into the cars (he's 3). The highlight of his day was when he got to 'drive' the '41 Caddy - he loves Cadillacs.
Despite the rain in the morning, there were more cl***ic Thunderbirds and more Fords from before 1955 at this local show, than I saw at the Ford show at Carlisle.
