If you were trying to define "hot rod" to someone from another planet, then this before-and-after picture (from over on the Model A thread) says it all.

Yep....just saw it this weekend (LARS). One of the bestest ever. Still has no real interior. Nose has probably been repaired a hundred times.

I could never just pick one, and so many of my favorites have been posted already. How about one nobody has really seen?

Uh oh Jeff, you're obsessed!!! Are we sliding down that slippery slope from Custom guy to hard core hot rod hoodlum? It's all down hill from here buddy. If there ever was a car to be obsessed about that'd be one of them!

  18. Dude I think I am obsessed:(. I cant get this machine out of my thoughts! I have always been into Hot Rods but i tried to push it away while doing the merc.I only usually lose control at Bonneville but spending a lil more time at C.C.H.R. lately and seeing this 34 in person has just about brought me to the point of no return!!!! Im doomed now.

  24. Lowdown and badass coupe from the 40's. Tall skinny tires. Nice combo of rubber and attitude rake. Sideview from 75 feet away shows the end of the pipes at the center of the door. Chopped or not, good. Salt or dry lake in the front vision and all beyond. Maybe some influence from Zora?

No confusing it for anything else.

Cliff Hansen's Brizio car is one of my all time favorites.
