I burnt out my alternator in my 1964 coupe deville, what do you guys recommend for a replacement? I see this powermaster one out there thats 100 amp output or the stock thats around 60 amp? Is there any wiring differences i should consider
    Thanks

The Powermaster is most likely internally regulated. Your car is externally regulated. You would need to eliminate your voltage regulator, Its its the box on the inside of radiator support, p***enger side. You would also need a different alternator connector available from OPG or probably MAD. Lots of good info on the MAD site.
