Ford 302 water pump

    I am looking for a small block Ford water pump with the inlet on the drivers side and still has all of the alternator mounting holes on the p***enger side like the older models. Does anyone know of such a beast?

    Mine is set up that way. 1978 Mercury Zephyr with a 302

    That should work....Keep in mind that Ford probably only has about 17 different water pump styles

    I have this kind Ford Racing pump on my 260 going to Model A coupe.
    I believe it is the shortest V-belt pump. Ford Racing part M-8501-E351S.
    Pic is stolen from JEG'S pages and their part number is 397-M-8501-E351S.

    Neither one of those pumps have the threaded hole thats right below the pulley. I think this is the hole I need to mount my slider bracket. Does anyone have pics?

    Why don't you move the inlet on the radiator UGOTPK
