  12. Usually I take over 200 pictures of Billetproof but this year just didn't happen for me. I worked on my 1936 5 window all day and got alot done so I will actually be driving it in the future. If I go to all the car shows I have been going to in the past, I won't get any of my old cars finished!! Thanks for posting the pictures for those of us that couldn't make it!!!

I don't think there was one. Or, I wasn't invited!

Yup, but boy do I miss Austin. Wish we could have stayed longer, even though I'm not missin that weather.

We got a late start going over but took our kids with us (age 27 and 31) and even got my daughter to drive her car. I took about 350 pictures but some aren't suitable for here.
I think you could spot the HAMBERS by the time they spent taking photos of the Takeout T and studying the details. That car is unreal when you get to look at it up real close and really see the details.
Here are a few that I took.
One of our own in line for an award

I'll bet she thinks I am taking a second photo of "her".

One word describes this one= slick.

Babydoll blue works on 39 Ford coupes. That's Bill Ross's latest toy in the background.

    One of my favorites
    [IMG]
One of my good buds Capt John. Better known in Puget Sound boating circles as the guy who has towed a lot of people with broke down boats back into port. Has some interesting hot rods and bikes though. And a Hamber to boot.
The Betties were there in force.
Y block powered T. Nothing fake here.

    Mean

I'm not a sun visor fan by any means but this truck always spins my wheels when I see it.
The windshield treatment on this little Chevy caught my eye.
One of many 55 Chevy G***ers there.
Sweet Chevy with a nice lace paint job on the roof.
I'll put up the link to my album when I get it edited

Proof that not all g***er style straight axle 55 Chevys need to look like they were just drug out of the woods. Slick enough to make restorers cry.

    No fake here.

    A Hamber and his Buick.

That's my son with the bum wing. He fell 14 ft to a cement floor at work a couple of weeks ago. First time at a rod run in about 10 years.

A work in progress, I'd have put the engine under the bed though as there is a ton of room back there.
It even had the hubcaps that matched the engine.

Normally I refuse to take a photo of a vehicle at an outdoor show if it has a showboard in front of it as I believe it is just trying too hard but in this case the showboard helped tell the car's story and was appreciated.

    Different wheels.

The link to my photobucket album is here http://s173.photobucket.com/albums/w71/mr48chev/BilletproofNW 2011/ I'm still editing but took about 350 photos there yesterday.
