Having a problem with epoxy

    Yesterday I painted valve covers with epoxy aircraft primer ,24 hrs.and there still wet.Should I paint strip the wet coating off.Im letting it sit another 24 ,Laquer thinner dont even touch this.........Instead of me mixing 3 parts paint to 1 part .I mixed reverse ...........On the label it says not too,I made a mistake and read it wrong............

    Try warming them up, to drive off the solvent.

    Strip those ****ers, and do it over.

    3 parts hardener 1 part primer, thats not a good recipe. strip it off and start over.

    Thats what I thought ..........It A deft coating ,,,,,,,,,,,, Oil and chemical resistant..........

    Yup, time to strip. That ****s. Hey, I know a guy who worked in a bodyshop and had an ***istant mix the clear. He got distracted and didn't put in the hardener. All you have to do is strip valve covers...

    Thats what I figured ,Its a shame had them for sale on here and pulled the add.Now I have to buy stripper ,Im gonna end up keeping them ,There only chevy script valve covers................
