I'm bagging my 51 chevy and using a Gambino notch. I've got a mustang fuel tank that will be going in the floor too. With all of that I will be cutting a lot out of the trunk floor. I would like to know what any of you have done to brace the floor. I know if I want to get it real low, I will probably have to modify the wheel wells. And then I will have to mount the compressor, air tank, and all the lines and valves back there too.

Tell me what I need to do and if you have any pictures of your jobs in progress and the finish product that would be great.

    Thanks for the help.

Tin Can...where are you located in Rochelle? I grew up in Malta and still get back to see my mom once in a while.

  5. pm my friend Pistnbroke. He lives in montgomery also and did that same thing to his sons 54 chevy. He may be able to send you pictures. I notched mine but didnt change the gas tank. You could come take a look anytime.
