Just picked up a complete Algon Inj. setup for 324 c.i. early Olds. It was put away in the late 60s. from an old altered. Anyway, how many turns from closed is a good point to set the screw type nozzles and pump adjustment for a good start position.? This setup was probably only used one season. Thanks
The Olds guys would like to see a pic of this ..I can't answer your question, but can bump this thread back to the top

I had an Algon system on a 302 GMC with a Wayne head. It was dependable, well constructed and sturdy. Al Gonsalves was the builder and he is now p***ed > BUT... what a gentleman. Al was there when we needed him. He does have a son-in-law in El Sobrante in the Bay Area whose name is Kevin. I spoke to Kevin this morning and he still has some Algon parts. he will help you if you contact him. If you need contact information for Kevin send me a P/M. Normbc9
