hey guys i got a 53 belair and i have a 250 from a 70 nova with a 350 turbo trans. I have the motor mounts it came with but i do not have the side mounting brackets for the motor. I can't find it online anywhere. I only found a complete kit for like 140. Anybody know a place where i can just get the side mounts.

  2. I put a 250 in my 50 Chevy (same as a 53). I used the Ch***is engineering mounts. The left one is offset to clear the steering box. You can also get them from Langdons Stovebolt. Hope this helps. Todd

did you get the 250 in the belair ? I intalled the same thing this weekend. i used the ch***is engineer mounts, and im running headers, so i had to block up under the mount 2 1/4 for the header to clear the steering box.
