Damn right I'll be there with my vintage 12 yr-old car, returning to defend from last year. I've got 2 cars available to loan - all you need to do is buy a $9 set of tires. I think Peter Pan claimed one, but the other is available. It's an off the shelf car, quite a bit faster than the rental, but fast as good cars go. PM or e-mail...Hell, I'll have 'em there. Ask if you want one to use...
Many thanks to Mike Z for setting the Slots up again this year. Even using the rental cars provided by Dad's was fun. I destroyed at least one pinion and the second car that I used probably needs a new set of tires... What a great afternoon. Congrats to the trophy winners. It was good seeing some familiar folks and meeting news ones as well. -Rich

I broke a wire on the Torino chassis, so no. I drove my blue hotrod from last year & an orange/gold stripe Cheetah. Mr Magnet forgot to buy new tires for his car, so he drove my blue car for a while & then he drove my fast car for a while. That wasn't me with thew purty beetle - that was a rental. By the way, I left my controller there. Guess I oughta give them a call... Great to meet all! Thanks again to Mike, Johnny & Kali!
