can someone tell me what goes under the front fenders ( between the fender and the frame), and the fender and the fender brackets? Thanks, Gary

Nothing is the factory way. Some folks use 1/8" body to frame webbing between the fender edges and the frame rail but nothing between the fender and brackets.

I use a fender welting ( same as the body ) between the fenders and the frame. It helps with aligning the fenders and stops metal to metal contact.

I used some foam tape just to stop metal to metal contact and squeaking

I used 1/8 thick X 2 inch wide neoprene rubber strips total length of frame.

Also, 1/8 thick round rubber material (nickel size, with small hole in center for carriage bolt) between fender & bracket.
