Well,Its old and rusty, but new to me nonetheless,Picked up a 32 sedan, pretty rough, but,Hey,now I'm joining the many in the search for deuce stuff.I really would like to keep this one and do something with it,Ive sold a few things this summer, but would like to see this as a "lil coffin" like body, ive been looking at the coffin as model kits for years, and the hotwheel version as the prowler, and the demon before that, and I really like the chopped, full fendered look.It came with a pair of old bobbed fenders, but will look for a set of full originals.Any inspiration is welcome, but realistically, wont be doing much with it for a while,I will probably get it sandblasted, and put in primer, then tuck it away until a certain"Body modifying spe******t", somewhere in the land of cornfields ,has the time and desire to start on a cool endeavor for me.Thats right,my skills are with a paintbrush and tattoo machine, not a torch and welder, but not ashamed to admit it. The plymouth is coming along nicely, but a little slow since I got it back from ***us'.Not too surprising,I seem to have a problem with staying focussed...He did alot of awesome work, and I enjoyed our wednesday nights together working on it.I mostly watched, but learned a ****load from him.One awesome friend has been found thanks to the HAMB..Thats all for now.Patrick
So does this mean we can come down to your house on wednesday's and watch you work on it or yell at you to get busy on getting it finished.HAHAHA
Yeah,c'mon down, theres plenty to do,You need to root through my 59 stuff anyways and see what you need....Do these rear wheels look a little big?or is it just me?I plan on putting the splash aprons and running boards on,that may help the look,Also think I need to go with at least a 5 inch drop up front instead of the 4 that it is,but that will wait till winter..
hey man, you picked up mu duece body for me! that was nice of ya. I think when you get that front down in the weeds on the plymouth and the rest of it put tegether the tires will look better. you better get humpin on it, back to the fiftes is gonna come fast! well start up a wed. night hangout again sometime. It fun when people actually come over and hang out and want to learn, or work on their car JEFF
hey good lookin stuff! the plymouth looks like it'll be road worthy sooooooooon! ive seen that deuce bod before. i think it'll make a good project. whats that ol camper in the back ground?
