I have a 54 chevy that I am hard droppin and decided I am going to notch it. So I figured like most guys either I could make the notch (which was my first thought) and decided to just order one to save time. Bought a standard notch from suicidedoors.com but once I held it up under the car to begin making my gameplan it became clear that the notch was both too wide and too "standard" and was going to have to be modified so it didnt screw up my rear seats. So i went back to Gambino and realized that yes, I saved 70. including shipping but there was one great thing I was lacking......experience. Gambino's 49-54 chevy notch is made a little leaner on the uprights and taller, not to mention it sits right on the frame and BAM, your in business. So no need to get into the seat backs or any of the framing on the back of the rests. Saving a bunch of hassle and alot of time. And WORTH the extra 70. and piece of mind.

So, for whats its worth, thats why its worth it to buy from guys that know and shows how your gettin more than metal for your money. Hats off to Gambino not only for making great parts and building great cars but also for always answering his phone when a indiana boy gets his head up his ass.
