History York Reunion/Nostalgia Nationals 07/08-10 Roll Call

Who's going ? I'll be at the Lyndwood display.

 

I'm thinking about trying to make it up there for this next Sat., Jack. I've put it on my calendar for a few yrs. now and somehow always get sidetracked. Maybe this will be the year I make it.... Don.

i was never there ,but a lot of friends have been going for years ,i might head in for friday afternoon ,where do they park the outside cruise in cars ? should ya bring your own shade ?

 

First time fro me since I moved into the area

 

Have fun, and please post photos after the show. If there any track records I'd sure like to know how my Lyndwood did when it raced there pre 1962.

I definitely wanna run up in the 37 but can probably only do one day, so what day would be best?

 

I was planning on going up, but my son and I are flying to Cocoa Beach to hopefully watch the LAST shuttle launch. The reunion will be there next year!

 

Will be there Friday aft., early evening, than back to NJ. No coupe, working from my York, Pa. facility this week.Have gone to every one, not only a US30 reunion, but lotsa East Coast Drag Racing History!

 

Back up top for the afternoon crowd. What time do the doors open on Sat., Jack?

 

This nostalgia stuff ain't gonna last forever, get there soon.

 

Cruise-in cars are right outside the building, not much shade outside but plenty of shade and AC indoors.

 

Doors open at 10 but I think you can cruise in around 9. There's a neat memorabilia auction Sat evening too.

 

........and unfortunately neither are those of us who appreciate it.

Just got back from york, I was the 1st lyndwood there! Bill pulled in a few minutes after I unloaded....boy it was hot today!
