Last two years I have done a HAMB auction for a Symco show package. I would like to support Todd Reed this year. Todd has been a great guy and we have had some good conversations over the last few years. He needs our supoort!!! Same rules as last year with exception that Todd will also be getting everything the winner gets as well as the winner's cash. Todd was at #1 and we hope to see him back this year. If you don't know about the show, there are numerous posts here on the HAMB. We are also in Old Skool Rodz #40, CK Deluxe #44 and Dec. 2010 Auto Trader Kustoms and Hot Rods. Or just do a Google search of Symco Shakedown. Oh yeah, we have a website....www.symcoshakedown.com Ask anyone who has been in Symco, it is a one of a kind place. We will have over a dozen bands on THREE stages for 2011, Miss Symco Pinup Contest (misssymco.com), mini-bike races, 400+ hot rods, awesome swap meet and commercial vendors and all that is cool in the tiny Town of Symco, WI. On to the good stuff....We will start off with about the same package as last year: FREE weekend admission for yourself, your ride and your gal(or guy, or buddy, or imaginary friend) to the Shakedown, Aug 12 & 13, 2011. You will get FREE weekend camping on a PREMIUM space(right next to the Vagabonds), right on the water, or in the old folks sites across the road if you wish to actually get some sleep. I will give you a gas card worth $25 to help get to the show. You will get $25 cash to use for beer/soda/food at the show. You will get a FREE show T-Shirt. I will give you 5 quarts of oil and a filter for your ride. You will get a custom made(by myself) Symco vinyl sticker. Size and color of your liking. I will toss in a Symco Can Koozie or two. To top it off you will get an PILE of chances to win the engine we are giving away!! You will get a set of 4 of our Symco etched PBR Pint gl***es Also if you are a local wisconsinite and need new exhaust on your ride, old, new or whatever, I will give you a $100 credit to any use towards any service work I perform at my shop in Oshkosh, Harrison St Motors. Expires one year from the date the auction ends. You will get a nice copy of our current big show poster as well as whatever other stuff I dig up between now and the show. If your hot rod fits the criteria and is pretty darn traditional, we will do our best to try to get some good shots of it on the grounds for our 2011 show flier. No promises, but we will try. Everything is transferable as a package, to one other individual, shall you not be able to make it to the show....or would like to give it away as a gift. Mike, pd I'n full plus a lil extra! Brad u r the man! Mike, x so much for all this brotha! It's with a very heavy heart that I have to miss this killer show for the second yr I'n a row! But under the current cir***stances there's just no possible way of leaving for anything! Sux badly, I miss my vagabond bros, and symco is one of the COOLEST DAMN SHOWS EVER! Thanks Brad! I'll start putting together your pile of junk. No Todd, Thank you!! If it wasn't for the Rust Revival, Symco wouldn't be half as good. Met the Olivers there, Stole your minibike drags, and if I could think of anything else, I'll tell ya. LOL. I'll send you out a care package right after the show with some goodies.
Don't thank me mike! I stole most my stuff from the pileup ! Joe babysat me for the first couple yrs, so thank the czars for helping me! Ohh, but the mini bike drags, yeah ya did steal that one! Lol it's all good bro! To bad we couldn't slide our 2 lil burgs together, that would be one hellofa show! Thanks again gang and praying for killer weather for ya bro!
