Event Coverage Rats nest Run Sat July 9th Saugerties ny

    Its a hot rod weekend in upstate NY the rats nest run pre 65 traditional rods ,customes, bikes saturday July 9th. The saugerties car show is on sunday the 10th lots of muscle cars and easter egg vehicles. and friday the 8th the frozen rainbow in port ewen ny is a local cruise nite spot, all three are within ten miles. The rainbow is a great weekly event several hundered cars. caome and spend the weekend.

    The show is at 11am till ? the pre 64 thing is not hard fast just looking for traditional style hot rods.

    My computer skills a limited just search google under rats nest run and there is a link. Hope to see you all there. The guy who is putting on the show PETE is awsome and a great builder fabricator and willing to help anyone. Any hamb guys look me up im the guy with the green 62 galaxie lowrider , Larry

    I plan on heading up there with the Buick, I thought I read somewhere that the gates opened at 8am? Maybe 11am is for spectators?

    Great turnout for the show, fields were full and overflow out onto the front lawn area! Traditionals, customs, and rats all living in harmony :). Saw one car with a hamb sticker on the windsheild, not sure whos it was.

    I got there at noon and had to park out front because the show field was already full.
    Definitely a great show. One of my top 3 not to miss from now on!

    Most of my pics are of cars that arent accepted here, but here are some that may make the cut. Had to throw in a pic of mine as well just to prove it made it there! I should of taken more pics but I am always more focused on checking out the cars.
