My Grandfather left Sweden in 1907..........maybe that is why I somehow like the looks of this car.

 

Reminds me of Kustom777's car.

 

Some really fantastic cars.
Its amazing how the Custom Cars in Skandinavia are always so great to look at and inspiring with new ideas.

Magnus his 1949 Olsmobile, who won the CKOS Lead Sled award this year is really splendid custom car. The deep green color and the perfect chop and fine details are amazing.

Gösta Perssons Candy red 1952 Cadillac is fantastic as well... very refreshing and perfect less is more sample.

To bad that the once so fantastic 1952 Buick Super that Petri Terho built has been uglyfied with a green metalflake top, three tip dummy lake pipes and over the top pinstriping.
I guess the new owner did not understand the really subtile and less is more customing on the Buick.

What an incredible array of fine "Traditional Hot rods and Customs "? You people just "get it", when it comes to these rides. Any chance you could post the other pics of that 29 roadster pickup with the top folded down? I'm saving pics for ideas for my brother's new build, that has just got underway.

The hard-topped Kaiser in this photo set is very cool. I always look forward to seeing Scandinavian mods. In most photo coverage I see, there's a sub-culture up there that seem to have a low-keyed signature to their work. I'm not sure if I'm just admiring a few of the same builders (either putting out different cars - or influencing one another), or if it's a cultural interpretation. Whatever the case, it's subtle and unique. Without a doubt, there are really some good eyes at work in the region. Can't wait to see more being produced. Thanks a bunch for the post man!
