2nd year in a row for Mr. Winfield at this event. Great weather so far.

 

The man sure gets around. He will be in Syracuse NY this coming weekend and in Salena KS the end of the month. Stop by and say HI!

Yes, you are correct. It is his 3rd visit.
I went back later on Friday afternoon and had about an hour and a half chat with Gene. He has so much on the go......I hope I have that energy at 84!

 

A couple of my buddies wives offered to look after his booth while he did a quick TV interview...he didnt come back for a few hours lol ,took off to look at some cars and look for a lady friend since the one he has lined up couldnt get away from Halifax Green Goblin Kustoms in trying to get a project together that would see Gene coming up to paint it before the show next year...hopefully it can be put together !

 

We were down in the "bowl" for both days , my Chevy was parked beside green Goblins bubble top show rod...we are gonna organize a HAMB meet and greet next year, a proper one for sure. Got to chat with Jeff Norwell again (last talked to him about 20 yrs ago in Ottawa) and his sidekick Mckee at Jeffs booth, said for sure they were coming back next year

 

Steve post the pics that Mandy took in front of the cars and truck with Gene. A HAMB meet and greet would be cool. It is a pretty amazing show especially the prizes!! Harhar

 

The prizes are great if you win one you lucky ******* ! Too bad it wasnt the TIG though lol !! I cant believe I am still awake...barely though I will try and get some pics up tomorrow, see ya in August !!

hey everyone in NS i looking to see if chad the green goblin has a hamb profile and i cant seem to get a hold of him i used to live up by you guys for a while and helped him out a few times at the shop. he said he wanted to come down for speed week but havnt heard from him. if he doesnt have a hamb file tell him to give ol birdog a call.
