So today my 6 yr old son and I went to a local car show in Fircrest (Tacoma area) and it was a awesome show!!! In past years at this show a guy with a black 63 S33 has come so I was hoping to meet him this year and sure enough he was there. As you will notice he has a d**n nice car and yeah I'm jealous but I still like what I have. Hopefully there will be more car shows that we will go together with. We had several comments today saying wow you normally don't see two Meteors at the same show so I know the Meteors are appreciated by the true car guys or gals..... Hmmm where heck did my reply went so if it appears twice my bad.... It's just not every show that you see two Meteors at the same show. I would like to see more showing of the 60's Ford/Mercurys at out car shows. At least here in WA we see very few Falcons, Fairlanes, Galaxys, Comets, or Meteors at shows. BTW here was the second Meteor that was at the show which is mine..... Thanks
You forgot to include that your son got to ride in the Flintstone car at LeMay in Fife. You don't see that much. Email me and I'll send you some pics of that. Re: braided hose....... Nope, not back in the day and I don't like it on anything that isn't aircraft. I even put black shrink tube over the braid armor on my Lokar throttle valve cable.
