Its your money! It all comes down to ... having what we want and providing enough funds to get it done. We are all trying to accomplish the same thing. "Automobile happiness on a tight budget." It's just that we all have varied opinions on both of those subjects.
..or eliminate the front doors entirely and move the cowl back to the leading edge of the back door for a tiny little tub roadster. It's your car man, do what you want! Just be sure to have a ball with it.

Sell it. To obtain your goal. I've been trying to get a 33-34 for twenty years. I even sold **** and still haven't come across the right opportunity. Yet.........
I really like this idea. I am not a real fan of the more door hot rod. A tub with those cut out rear doors would be neat.
If you're not that into it, sell it to somebody who will be. A buddy of mine gave me some good advice for the auto hobbiest: "If you're not in love with the car, why spend all that time and money on something you'll never get it back out of?" I agree, in that you could put that time and money into the '33-'34 that you REALLY want. If you do like this leatherback, then do it up. I think a shortened version, using only the rear doors fitted to the cowl, with a chopped leatherback roofline would be the ***s.
Since you have all the wood, RESTO ROD! With an Iron Duke Pontiac 4 cyl engine like JimA is using in his sedan. If you don't do that, please send the wood kit (and the left rear door) to me so I can put it in my currently bare metal leatherback
Do a search for MOP or Lunar lander and see what has arose from a nasty 4 door. I ain't to far from you, I'll take it. Ha Ha Ha
