For the last 5 years or so, I have been indexing the tech articles in my car magazines. Mostly this is Street Rodder and Street Rod Builder, but there are also some Car Craft,HotRod,Hemming's,etc. If anybody wants a copy,it's about a 12 page Word do***ent,so just PM me and I will send it along. Just a few notes: It's not supposed to be exhaustive-I didn't put in the articles on how to make an entire Deuce coupe out of a single block of Billet, or the ones where somebody put a 2000 HP tank engine in their T-bucket. Otherwise,it's pretty close to complete. Also, some of the articles are renamed so I can tell what they really are about and some of the groupings are a bit strange.But if you want to see every article on putting an IFS under a '40 Ford-and that's quite a few, then this is good. So,if you want a copy,just let me know.
Hmm. Not sure I quite know how to do that? And I am certain Bill Gates would be stunned to learn that anyone in the universe doesn't have Word.
5window, Bill Jansen already has a rod magazine index. Check it out at http://www.hotrodindex.150m.com/ It goes back quite a ways and covers many different ***les. May help with what you are doing. I use it when I am looking up an article in my collection. I actually printed off a hard copy for myself too. Lots of pages. Pat.
Yeah,good site-looks like some entries are more current than others and he sure has a lot more time to organize that I do. Anyway, my index is really for my stuff-just thought I'd share it if anyone wanted it.
