Some well stocked hobby shops have it. Also, if you have an older, established screen printing company that does vinyl stickers and decals, many will have old stock on hand. Just not as many people doing water slide offs anymore. Shame, as they are COOL!
A company called micro-mark sells them for hobbyists. You can use your home computer,but you have to use a sealer afterwards.
If you have Hobby Lobby's in your area, I recently saw some at mine when I was picking up some model paint.
Thanks, I called our hobby lobby, and they said they didnt carry it. So i guess i will just go look myself
