Thanks for the video. I loved the camera angle and the music. Having the second video taken from the other side of the track really put it all together nicely. Very cool.

Cool video. I watched the first one and thought it would be cool to see the race from another view. The second video sums it up. Cool videos!!! Neat watching all the different people in the pits turn and look at the PPE go by. Goes to show that everybody love to see unique cars.

    Thank You for the video!

    Couple of questions............?

Why Marky did you drive thrue the water box? No burnout??????

I see you get sideways on cold tires????

You need to get some heat in those tires!!!!!!!

Fast, slow, stable, unstable it doesn't matter. What I love about it is its a hot rod being used for what a hot rod is designed for. Its not some parking lot poser guarded by it owner in case anyone should get near enough to put a fingerprint on it.

Cool! Wish I could have been there! I talked to Marky yesterday and I guess he didn't realize they wet down the starting line because he cant see **** out of the car. So he said he was just spinning the tires most of the way down the track then had to let off when it started to get a little sideways.

I can't get enough of this car. Too bad about the bad take off due to the wet cold tires.

I really enjoyed the purple people eater. Everyone at The Shifters camp was super cool. Gotta say one of the nieces guys and gals at the show. Hudsonjoe even pulled his go cart off the trailer just to start it for my son. Thank you Shifters for you hospitality.

Eric, thanks.... how's the truck going?

  22. 92 mph in the eighth? Very respectable... especially since it spun the whole way down!

Next time do a Burnout to get the water off the tires and it will be less squirrelly.

Sorry you missed this year Kevan, but I know you live far away now and have a lot on your plate, hopfuly you can make it next year, Marky told me they were going to do an inside shot, but I now just found the thread. What a cool video, I never thought I'd get a chance to see what it felt like to ride shot gun in that car. a lot of the crazy concept cars that were built in the early sixties never ran, let alone raced, hats off to marky for making it happen. I always thought it would be cool to recreate the Munster's coach and Dragula race at Barona, man what a wet dream!
