Has anyone out there used two vacuum lines hooked together at a tee then to distributor on dual carb manifold on flatheads and then to distributor? also does anyone have a NOS mallory cap with wires attached for a modelYCM mallory dist?

You will get the same vacuum signal with the 2 teed together as you would with a single tapping on one of the carbs and it won't be the same as a single carb hookup.

You'll find N.O.S. caps for early Mallory distributors, but they didn't come with plug wires.

Again, the wires are not part of the cap. There are two screws on the top of the cap that hold the top piece in place. When removed, the cap separates into three pieces: the lower part with the br*** contacts, the rubber piece that seals the wires, making the cap waterproof, and the plastic top piece that squeezes the rubber piece when the screws are tightened.
