the cherry bomb, Road Kings model A build

well I started a thread before with the intentions of keeping it updated regurly but that just didn't happen so I figured I would just start a new one.

I really need to say thank you to all of the Road Kings without them this car, this pipe dream really wouldn't be possible. I have learned not only car lessons from these guys but life lessons and I could not thank them enough for having such a positive influence on my life.

Wow, that was quick. Looks great.

 

This is just a general overview of my life in the last 6 months. I had a blast doing it. If you guys want pictures of something in particular I've got them. I love my new cherry bomb!

 

Man, that thing is gorgeous! I'm not usually a huge fan of red, but that color is perfect. What an amazing car- you are a lucky man!

first drive was to the Road Rocke Rumble, about 60 miles nerve racking but fun, I had about 100 trips around the block but that interstate is a little scary when you don't know your car yet.

This my friends is what hot rodding is all about. A great group of guys who take a young man (who shows he wants to learn) under their wing and teach him / help him build a hot rod. Rich, Mike, Jim and the rest of the Road Kings are first cl***. Congrats on your new ride 48 Chrysler. It was a pleasure to meet you at the Rumble.
