FAb32, you are a good example for us to follow. You are both blessed.

  2. well since i am broke until next weekend, i am working on the OT stuff that has all the parts and just needs tuning, but don't fret, I stopped a few times to eyeball the on topic stuff, like the wheels for the 55, and the ch***is for the 50.. life is good!

Almost got to the ridge of the house roof reshingling, and had to quit because things started to melt when I stepped on them. Did get some zink chromate primer on a batch of Roadster parts that were sandblasted, I'll get to the ridge early tomorrow.

My daughter is gonna' have her 22 birthday on the third. She wanted a "piece" for her birthday. Just did the paperwork on a stainless Model 60 S&W .357. Gonna cc my new Baron blower heads on Monday, with my son. Life is good here.

Yesterday, I rebuilt the hinges on the driver's door of the OT daily driver truck (It's black), then did some finish welding and grinding on the driver's rear seat riser and trans tunnel in the Chevy. Today, I started cutting out bad metal on the p***enger's side rear seat riser and was starting to tack in some new metal when I ran out of wire in the welder.

The power went out yesterday (Friday) afternoon around 3:00pm, and just came on tonight (sat) around 11:00 pm. It's been 105 here, and humid as hell, with no AC and no running water (except for the sweat running out of my pores!). I've got a small generator that I keep switching between the 2 fridges to keep the food (and beer) cold.
As soon as the power came on, I ran to the shower, it was better than ***!:D
