The Chop Tops (Revved Up! Rockabilly from Santa Cruz, CA) The Badmen (Psychobilly from Alameda) plus local DJS! The car show starts at 4pm and parking is first come first served. In support of our local car clubs, ALL hot rod, cl***ic, and custom car drivers will receive $5 OFF admission! Local djs will be spinning the very best rockabilly, psychobilly and doowop! Liquor and food will be available all day and the car show is all free and all ages. Raffles! you need to have something like this in san jose.frisco never has any parking,and when you DO find a place to park you have to watch your car every second because of the bums and ripoff punks.
Actually the club is located in an industrial area and we are going to block off the block for the car show. I don't know if any of the Rumblers ever posted their pics from their shows at thee Parkside but there is always plenty of parking.
Whoo hoo! The Chop Tops are AWESOME! They headlined my Riot in March after the March Meets. If any of you can get there, I suggest you go! I know Axle does his party the same night as this show, but good gods ya guys, it's not every day you get hotrods, Levi AND the Chop Tops all in a day!! I'll try and be there, although it will be without my Poncho.... **x Brandy
Oh and I forgot to mention.... FREE BEER AT the kickoff at 4pm. We added another band to the gig that will probably play outside during the carshow/vendors "REVIVAL REVUE". We'll have djs playing inside and out until 8pm when the rest of the bands start. If you bring a hot rod/custom/cl***ic its only $5 to get into the club for the bands and the car show is FREE. We also have vendors setting up: My Baby Jo from LA, Ignition Hair Jewels from Sacto, and The Diva Pinup. We are working on getting some girls setting hair during the day. As of yet we only have 3 pinstripers signed up for the contest. They will be pinstriping 1'x2' strips of gl*** live during the car show and there is a $50 cash prize. If you'd like to enter the contest email me. If you would like to be a vendor it's only $20 for a 10'x10' spot. We would like to get more kustom 'art' vendors if possible. My buddy dave has been talking me into going to that show so I'll plan on being there. If my cad is runnning by then maybe I'll bring it. But I'm very much hoping it will be in santa cruz with body work in progress. so we'll see. Plus you have the chops playing. Love those guys...being a santa cruz native and all.

The neighborhood is fine. My son goes to Live Oak School just across Jackson Playground. Plenty of parking. Weather is mild. If you don't like the food at the Parkside walk a block to The Connecticut Yankee. If you arrive extra early you can take the tour at the Anchor Steam Brewery at Mariposa and DeHaro just two blocks away. I'll be there with "HAMB" written in lipstick on my forehead underneath the words "Freak Magnet"
Sounds great......we don't arrive in SFO till the 20th though!....damn Would have killed to see Levi Dexter too. :-(

SWEEEEET you guys rock! The Bay Area Derby girls are gunna be doing some fundraising since one of the girls knocked out her two front teeth at practice and she doesnt have insurance. They said they are going to have a spanking booth, bake sale, and sell their merch. Fun for the family if you ask me. Hey everyone! Last night was a huge success and I'd like to personally thank EVERYONE who came out to support us. There was well over 350+ people, roughly 50 cars, and everyone seemed to tell me the same thing "THIS WAS THE BEST SHOW NOR CAL HAS SEEN IN YEARS!" A huge thank you to Thee Parkside for letting us basically take full charge of their bar, Tuffy for just being the MAN and making it possible for us to have 2 kegs of FREE beer for you all and for putting up with our **** for months, Levi for ripping **** up and putting on one kick *** show no one can forget!, The CHOP TOPS for rocking our ***es off and for everything and you know what I mean we I say everything (I love you guys), The Badmen, Revival Revue, and Sik Love! I'd also like to thank the pinstripers for giving us some amazing work to raffle off GUIDO & CHARLIE FINGERS, ALL of the car clubs, bike clubs, and everyone eles who drove their customs, cl***ics, and rods out. YOU ALL ROCK! A huge thanks to DX for all the support and to everyone eles who helped us out along the way. Without all of your support we could have never pulled this off.
