Started out taking a model T to Amarillo and going after a wagon in Guymon, got to multi-task and save the gas. My son is 21months old and his brother 5. We ate at the big texan, stayed at the RV park slash drive in Guymon.
We were blessed by an inch of rain hour before we got there and it was 68F, camped in a 50s camper.
Loaded up a 58 yeoman wagon that's in much better shape than I had remembered it(how often does that happen?) Its got the 235-6, 3 speed over drive. Only real missing parts are the ashtray, heater blower fan, and rear window. Haven't decided to sell it or throw it together.
Does anyone still use these 3 speed overdrives? I know they aren't a strong ******. I have access to a little 307. I may go auto for resale and the shifter seems jammed up anyways. While its on the trailer I need to take it to the car wash clean it up, spare tire area is clean of rust. It needs some floor pan work but not too bad.

Was a great weekend memories made and a cool car brought home. I think the other cars are for sale in the foreground too. If you are ever through guymon check his place out. great place to stay and see a movie at the drive in http://www.corraldrivein.com/pizzeria.html

Fun times. The OD will live just fine behind a 307.

having problems tonight loading pics but trying to get some more up. Is the tail light a dealer install on that 59 wagon? The 59 elky pic is for Harrison Left a note at the gate where it was at. Lots of good parts on it.

Ha! That little dude shucked his drawers!!!!

The '58 & '59 BOTH look like decent cars. I love the bumper steps on the '59 (I need one more.)

Its a lot more solid than I remembered. floors have some rust not completely gone the worst part is in the picture p***enger side by the wheel is worst spot on the body. Spare tire carrier is solid the original jack instructions are there even!
